Two capabilities. One mission.
We bring humans and AI together to accelerate translation in regulated science. Everything we build serves that synergy.
01 / Reskilling layer
PACE — Precision AI Capability Engine
Conventional curriculum-first training fails on two fronts. It doesn’t optimise for cognitive retention, and it doesn’t deliver the productivity gains it promises. The research literature is now clear that productivity with AI is not a matter of tool exposure — it depends on the specific cognitive abilities of each person and the working relationship they develop with AI over time.
PACE inverts the model. The platform relies on continuously adaptive, practice-based learning rather than phased instruction. It generates the optimum next hands-on episode for each learner based on current and target skills, using agentic AI and reinforcement learning in an exploration–exploitation loop. The platform identifies each learner’s cognitive strengths and drives new synergistic AI capabilities — rather than substituting for them.
PACE measures capability retention across twelve cognitive dimensions, published openly.
Status — Public launch June 2026. Free to access for feedback.
02 / Infrastructure layer
Agentic Innovation Platform
Agentic AI is an emerging capability with substantial potential to accelerate R&D. The concern is harnessing it in a consistent, trusted direction — not letting it run free in regulated workflows.
We’ve built the Agentic Innovation Platform as a GxP-compliant agentic harness. It drives consistency, trust, traceability and explainability for agentic AI workloads, on scalable cloud templates using sandbox technologies familiar from enterprise agentic deployments.
The foundation of agentic intelligence is intelligent memory. So we’ve built a memory system that incorporates the latest agentic recommendations and leverages causal inference to drive connections between ontology-based entities, rather than the surface-similarity retrieval most memory systems rely on.
For each venture we work with, the platform is bootstrapped from shared architectural components and tailored to its specific scientific and regulatory needs. By month twelve, the venture operates the platform independently — the IP transfers fully, with no Limoja claim, no licence-back, no royalty.
A partnership built to transition
Each engagement is structured around three phases.
PHASE 01
Co-development
Months 1–6
We assemble alongside the founding team. The platform is bootstrapped to the venture’s specific scientific and regulatory shape. PACE runs in parallel for the team’s scientists and engineers.
PHASE 02
Handover
Months 7–12
Our footprint tapers as the venture takes operational ownership. Platform IP transfers fully by month twelve.
PHASE 03
Independence
Months 13–15
The venture runs independently. We measure capability retention, operational independence, and partnership stability — and publish the results openly.
